Framework conditions

Consultation location

Consultations take place either online via video chat or in person in the Hafencity, at the Medical School Hamburg, Sandtorkai 37. The rooms are located near the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the U3 Baumwall stop. Unfortunately, parking is difficult to find in the Hafencity, but there are two (expensive) parking garages: An der Elbphilharmonie and the CONTIPARK Parkhaus Speicherstadt.

Dates

Appointments and the interval between appointments are agreed upon individually. Simply contact me by phone or email. For individuals, a session typically lasts 60 minutes; for couples, families, and mediations, it usually lasts 90 minutes. Group sessions can last even longer. This is agreed upon individually.

Cancel

If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must cancel at least two business days in advance. For shorter-notice cancellations, I will unfortunately have to charge for the session, as the appointment cannot be rebooked.

Cost

Systemic counseling and mediation is not psychotherapy and is not covered by health insurance. My services must therefore be paid for privately. Please feel free to inquire about my current fees for private individuals. My fees for companies are negotiated individually depending on the client. If in doubt, please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding costs.
